Carol at Martin and Co, Saltaire has pulled it off once again. Having had a let fallen trough at the last moment, I knew that all the stops would be pulled out to secure another tenant quickly and efficiently. We first met John Hodges from Home Properties when we went to purchase our current property. This was followed by few more visits to the property as we wanted ensure the accessibility of the property. We were shown around by John and John Snr. They were both professional and and willing to provide any additional information we needed. They also helped achieve our desired completion dates. We were very pleased with the service provided for the purchase and instructed them again to sell our previous property. The process was long as the property market was not favourable. We were advised on various things to do to increase the chances of sale. John and John Snr were very helpful pre SSTC and Jenny Barnwell -Thornton helped us through to completion resolving issues as they arose. I was very impressed with the Home Properties sale team and would recommend the full team from (Reception/Admin) to John, John Senior, Penny and Jeremy through the buying and selling processes I would thoroughly recommend the Services provided by The Home Property Sale without hesitation
