I have Let and sold properties with Martin & Co, Bradford and they always put themselves out to get the job done efficiently and their expertise in finding and managing tenants is an enormous help. They also managed the sale of my property in trying circumstances with Covid restrictions and got the job done. Their advice and help was timely and they always kept me informed with the progress. I would highly recommend this company whether you are Buying, Letting or Selling your property.

We were recommended Martin & Co by a neighbour and we're chuffed we took them up on their suggestion. Friendly, helpful and always on the end of the phone, they were a pleasure from start to finish - and really wrll priced. Oh, and we sold our home in a day. At what is one of the most stressful times of anyone's life, Martin & Co helped keep proceedings on track and our nerves in tact. We'd use them again in a heartbeat.
