Very welcoming and most of all even though I was late with a newborn Jodie was not dismissive but rather welcoming to me and my baby with a bottle in hand and answered all my questions. If only other agents were like Jodie as I previously hated dealing with agents as none before Jodie were helpful and were just rude and arrogant.
