I received excellent service from Martin & Co Saltaire office recently when selling a property through them. Their director Gary met me initially and gave me the best market appraisal on the property compared to two other local estate agents. Dario took excellent photos to show the property. I dealt with Kathryn for the sale of the house and she was an excellent communicator and helped me with any queries I had. Everything went smoothly and the team are utmost professionals.

We have used Martin and co. since they started in Saltaire. We have found their management of our property more than satisfactory. We receive monthly statements and, yearly reports, of physical inspections of the property (even throughout covid). We have a personal property manager, Ian Tait, who promptly informs us of any issues that occur and conducts himself very professionally.
