Paul of Bishops did a fantastic job in selling my property and is the best estate agent in York. Unlike many other estate agents he is not at all pushy and is very knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend him without hesitation. Am now using Paul to sell a second propert for me. He is still the best estate agent in York by far and handles everything in a refreshingly honest and straightfoward way compared to most other estate agents.

Davis & Lund are extremely professional in all regards. Very strong and rapid communication, genuine (rather than perfunctory) engagement throughout the sale process, and always honest in their assessment of market realities and possibilities. We switched from another (inefficient) provider and my regret is that we didn’t go with David & Lund first time round. The staff are courteous, informed and seem to be authentically interested in doing a thorough job for clients. One can’t really ask for more. From the minute Davis and Lund came to my nanas house they have been amazing and very professional! Sam went above and beyond helping us right upto the day of completion she kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and handled very difficult situations amazingly when I was loosing it with all the paperwork I just popped into the shop and she sat with me and filled it in I think she deserves a holiday after this one love to you all

Attending the Agent Rainmaker Bootcamp was an incredible experience from start to finish.
