Jess is very helpful and professional. I have been dealing with Jess for a few years now and she is always very approachable and friendly. She is also very reliable and prompt getting back to me whenever I have any issues. Similarly, she works hard on the tenants' behalf to make sure all is in order and safe for them. Dealt with Jess on an issue with my apartment blinds and she sorted it out within a couple of days and got it all solved, can't thank her enough for all her help and professionalism throughout Brilliant service from Martin & Co throughout my tenancy, couldn't recommend enough

I have found Denise, friendly, helpful and pleasant when dealing with any issues regarding maintenance of the property I rent. She goes above and beyond to deal with the problem efficiently. Denise always get back to me once the problem has been resolved.
