I had a complicated journey (not through fault of MartinCo), but could always rely on them for being extra friendly, quick for communication, providing great advice and going above and beyond at every opportunity!

I’ve been fortunate enough to deal with Martin & Co using their property management services and I would fully recommend this company to other landlords. We’ve had no issues with management of the tenant or of the property, including with keeping good records - which has been an issue with previous letting agencies. Gas safety checks, property inspections etc were completed on time and fees charged have been reasonable so no issues there. All the staff have been really helpful, particularly Ian Tait who’s a great Property Manager.

Martin & Co have been our letting agents for many years and just recently we really needed them to help us out with a problem with one off our property's, and Ian who over looks this property was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We’ve recently completed on a sale with Martin & Co. and they were excellent. Gary came to do our valuation and helped us to understand what things might make the property more sellable, and what we needn’t worry about. When discussing the listing he was great. We felt he was much more genuine than others we saw, and really listened to find the balance that we were happy with in terms of getting the right price but also having interest in the property. And he must’ve known what he was talking about as we accepted an offer after the first viewing! Kat then helped us with going through the rest of the process and she was just brilliant. When solicitors were a bit slow, we knew we could always ask Kat and she got back to us really quickly each time after checking what was going on with our buyers - I think she kept our sanity through all the unknowns and was just so friendly and efficient- exactly what you’d want!! Best letting agent I’ve dealt with. I handed my keys back less than a week ago and my deposit is already on its way back to me. Really useful having a dedicated property handler so you always know who to speak to and gives a more personal service. Jess was my property manager and she was great at communication from start to finish.

I rented with this agency and have found them to be really good at dealing with any issues asap during my tenancy. For example a boiler repair. Hannah Simpson has been particularly helpful and responsive and her attention to detail and communication has been 5 star.
