As usual Helmores came up trumps when we asked them to find a tenant for our Exeter rental - we achieved a good rent and nice tenants. Andy Bridgeman is so easy to deal with and very reassuring when we have queries. We’ve been using Helmores for years, not just for selling but for dealing with our rental properties and they are excellent and quick to resolve any problems which arise. Would highly recommend.

Helmores staff were able to let us know immediately the house we had loved and lost was back on the market so we snapped it up after viewing with a lovely member of staff who knew the area well so was really helpful. All staff were lgbt friendly which made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The process of buying took ages due to various issues. So Helmores staff, Emma and Loren, were a crucial point of contact, and worked tirelessly to prompt the seller and their solicitor on numerous occasions. Although Helmores weren't selling our house, they were key to us buying our new home due to the amount of liaison they had to do in our circumstances. Great communication. Empathic. Courteous. We would highly recommend them.

Jodie made my viewing a very pleasant experience. She was very helpful and answered all my questions I had regarding the property during the viewing, as well as other properties, with the same estate agent in the area.
