We’ve recently become tenants in one of Martin & Co’s properties. Martin & Co have been with us every step of the way and have been really attentive to our needs as well as answering any queries we’ve had in a timely manner. We were moving cities and allowed us to have a family member collect our keys which made our moving day infinitely easier. Carol and Hannah were wonderful to us through it the whole process and in particular Angela, our property manager, is very supportive and prompt. My wife and I have owned two properties in Bradford for the past six years which are rented out through Martin & Co., Saltaire. Since meeting Carol Stubbs on day one we have found this company to provide an excellent service for landlords. Prospective tenants are extremely well sourced and vetted and our properties have never stood empty for more than a couple of weeks. The hand overs have always been very efficient and six monthly checks are part of the service once new tenants are in situ.
