Carol has helped to let out our properties in Saltaire for over 10 years now and she is always able to let them quickly as well as give good advice on what repairs or updates we may need to do to facilitate the letting. She is excellent at her job as are her other colleagues who help to support the ongoing management of our properties including Hannah who has worked tirelessly over the past year or so in dealing with maintenance issues and following up with neighbours and contractors. They make an excellent team and highly recommend them.

Denise is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She keeps us fully informed at all times and liaises with our tenants and us in Professional manner. As multiple property landlords we simply could not manage without her. She is a credit to the letting industry and to Martin and Co in particular.

Hannah looks after a small number of properties for us and she has been great, always highlighting where there is a maintenance issue and following up contractors so any repairs can be dealt with as quickly as possible for tenants. Hannah is always very prompt at dealing with enquiries. We're lucky to have her managing them for us.

I’ve been fortunate enough to deal with Martin & Co using their property management services and I would fully recommend this company to other landlords. We’ve had no issues with management of the tenant or of the property, including with keeping good records - which has been an issue with previous letting agencies. Gas safety checks, property inspections etc were completed on time and fees charged have been reasonable so no issues there. All the staff have been really helpful, particularly Ian Tait who’s a great Property Manager.
