Run from this letting agency as far as you can. I have been letting shared accommodation for over decade but this letting agency is the worst and discriminatory with no interest in tenants. Their solution for sorting out problems is to get rid of tenants. They do not care at all.

Very disappointed with this company. My partner phoned up regarding a flat we were interested in, and the first question he asked was whether the owner would allow a couple sharing. We were told this wouldn't be a problem, so I drove for an hour and a half to come and do a viewing. The gentleman who showed us around was very nice, however he did arrive around 20/30 minutes late, leaving us stood waiting outside in the rain. After filling out the tenancy application form, we were then told that the owner would not allow a couple sharing after all. What a waste of my time.

I cannot recollect what happened on the 18th December, although there's no excuse for being so late! I hope the team kept you informed. The owner had previously not declined dual occupancy, so this was as much of a surprise to us as it was to you. I hope you find somewhere suitable soon.

Disappointing seeing all these reviews are good and I seem to have had a bad experience. I dont find this company professional whatsoever they left me hanging for 4 days after they offered me a viewing, okay I get people are busy but I rang the owner Hayley and she had passed my details to the lady in the office who did not update me when she was meant to supposedly, She did ring me and set up a viewing but unfortunately this same lady who confirmed my appt over WhatsApp did not book my appt in the diary and double booked the viewing did not even tell me so I took time out of my day on my dinner hour from work to go view this property at the time we agreed but it’s just turns out it’s me having to chase them up constantly asking why they hadn’t turned up. And find out what is going on then they lie, and tell me Hayley had an emergency when she quite clearly double booked because the man rocked up at same time as me and I ended up looking at this house when Hayley turned up with random stranger, as conveniently she was on the way to view with the property at a different time with someone else ! I just wanted to get in there and out of there, very awkward. So I just felt fully messed about to be honest. Could of told me beforehand. Anyway not happy with the incompetence. Won’t be dealing with again.

Hot water isn’t working, no heaters working, fire alarms rings for 2 hours and no one from the office answers the call. Light of the washroom have stopped working. Whole house has been complaining to sillars property. They have stopped answering our calls and responding to our emails. The electrician said that they the work is out of their contract as something is off from outside of the building. The office opens at 9:30 am and the women answering my calls said it opens at 9:45 am which isn’t true. For more than 2 hours the fire alarms rings but there is no response or action taken until it’s convenient for them.

This company are scammers!… I bought a car that I got insurance for, but had to trade it in and get another because issues with the bank… I called less than 14 days to get it changed over and they told me that I had to pay over $200 again …
