Fast, friendly and informative

We let our home through Martin & Co and have always been really impressed by the service. Just this week one of the agents, Angela, has gone out of her way to help us re-carpet our property but using local links. They care both about the tenant and the owner. I want my tenants to feel happy and valued in our house and Martin & Co get this just right and help to manage that important relationship really well.

Angela form Martin & co as Been great while dealing with my mums property which she rents from start to now. When you speak too Angela she is very polite deals with problems promptly and quickly regarding maintenance problems.

Helpful and courteous agent

I have used Martin & Co Saltaire for a number of years now to act as agent for a property I let in Bradford. I had a ‘problem’ tenant for some of that time but Martin & Co were always at the end of the phone to help and without their professionalism, I can’t imagine how bad things could have eventually turned out. Since then, our new tenant has been perfect, and along with the team at Martin & Co and to name Lucy Feather especially, I am more than happy.
