Excellent All Round

I have just moved out of a property I was renting through Martin & Co and I would just like to say what a fantastic letting agents. Through my 2 and years I have been communicating with Denise Feather and what a credit she is to Martin & Co. Very professional, helpful, nothing was ever any trouble. Thanks again for everything.

Very friendly, very attentive staff. Our rental fell through for reasons outside of our control and Denise and the other agents were so empathetic, understanding and flexible. I would definitely rent through Martin & Co in the future and if I was a landlord I would use them in a heartbeat.

There is never a problem getting through to our property manager; even if she is not at her desk at the moment we phone, she gets back to us very quickly. Our property manager deals with everything in a very professional way, and skilfully negotiates any potential problems with tenants to arrive at a satisfactory outcome. We feel that our property manager is very much on the same wave length and understands the issues of renting out a property.

Honestly the best agency I have dealt with. Lucy and her colleagues are friendly, professional, knowledgable, helpful, dilligent and responsive. No other agency has come near this one in my experience.

Highly recommend the team at Martin and Co Saltaire Branch. On viewing a property I was greeted by Samantha who was very friendly and chatty. She allowed me to take pictures and videos as my husband couldn’t attend that day and gave me all the information in regards to securing the property. I knew immediately that I wanted the house so I didn’t hesitate to put in the application for it. Samantha rang me to inform me the landlord wanted to go ahead and I was over the moon. From then on, I dealt with Kathryn. She was polite, friendly and would call to keep me updated on the process. There were a few issues in regards to securing the house and Kathryn helped us with this. The whole process was easy from start to finish and everything could be done electronically rather than travelling to the office. I cannot thank Samantha and Kathryn enough for helping us secure our new home. Highly recommend.

From the start we’ve had a very good experience with Martin & Co. Samantha initially with the viewing and then Kathryn. We have had a few issues with the flat but Kathryn has been very efficient getting these sorted for us. Communication has been fantastic!

I've used Martin and Co as a landlord to let out a new property recently. I've been very happy with the responsiveness, professionally and fast delivery that the team has to offer. They're always quick to respond to queries and keep you updated on progress. They're also very pro-active and sort out issues before you even think of them. Angela and Samantha in particular have been a massive help in getting the property up to shape and letting it out. Overall, I've been very pleased with the customer experience so far and am excited to continue working with them.
