I viewed a property on line that I liked, enquired at Balgores and got a viewing next day. We spent a good time viewing and wasn’t pressured at all. We discussed on our way home and on arrival , put in an offer, handled by Clive after a short negotiation a price was agreed. Marie took over the handling of the case and with her chasing the Conveyancing activities the process was soon completed. I found Balgores professional, friendly and on the ball and found the whole process relatively stress free

Our property manager, Heaven, has been amazing. Heaven helped to facilitate an early surrender so we could move on faster than anticipated and was so friendly and helpful at every turn, even in the unfortunate event where a complaint was mentioned about a third party. We highly recommend!
