I have used Martin and Co (Saltaire) for many years in utilising their fully managed property letting services and have found their staff and service to be efficient and professional at all times. No query is too small or too large, all queries and problems are dealt with promptly. Caroline, Jess and Denise are whom I deal with on a regular basis and I have found them to be extremely friendly and helpful at all times, they have always provided me with balanced advice, solutions and support to any issues I've had. I’d like to make a special mention for Jess and thank her once again, she has been absolutely amazing in helping me to resolve an issue I’ve experienced recently with a utility company regarding gas and electricity billing, she has gone above and beyond in assisting me and even took this problem to the ombudsman on my behalf and am more than pleased to say the ombudsman found in my favour, this would not have been the case if Jess had not been so diligent and relentless in fighting for my interests!
