My experience with the staff at Martin & Co from start to finish has been extremely positive. I feel that I was always listened to and always kept informed of any developments with my property when it came to any remedial works or tenant requests. Having a team on board who have the knowledge and expertise to address any issues is essential as a landlord and I don't feel like I could have been successful without the help of Angela and Jess. Angela has always provided me with advise in regards to rental pricing and repair quotes and Jess has been brilliant with liaising with the tenants when we finally decided to put our property on the market. I am over the moon with how professional, approachable, swift professionalism. An amazing team here at saltaire, Denise is a true delight, however Uber efficiency attention too detail. She goes the extra mile too deal attentively, swiftly and is in touch to ensure a smooth process. Denise as been fantastic with myself on a couple of occasions.
