Even took measurements of the property's door frames as we were very far away and travel was difficult and we wanted to know if certain furniture would fit. Sent a helpful video too.

Our tenant was shown the house one day and he moved in 8 days later, having paid the deposit and passed the financial and referencing criteria - this is an impressive turn round time. Luke, the manager, is very responsive and understands the need for regular updating communication. The successful tenant was not the first to make an offer for the property, other applicants did not meet the requirements, but Luke did a good job of keeping us informed.
