He gave us clear plans for the way ahead and information in our circumstances. He kept us up to date whenever was necessary. He was available at all times when needed. He also showed great inter-personal skills, guiding our family through a potentially difficult process. We would highly recommend them as tenants, and also if we were seeking to sell or purchase a property.
