Archie Blackler @ Northwood was fantastic getting my house sold. Im selling from overseas so potentially its tricky with the time and space differences - but he handled it all really well.

Archie was wonderful - he guided us and chased solicitors and did everything that was needed. He even went over and above and made sure that the property’s heating was regularly on to avoid any problems. He did all this while keeping light hearted, something which is needed during the house buying process!

We are landlords of a property and have rented it through Northwood Bassets for nearly 10 years. This year we had a catastrophic flood which meant the tenants had to move out and the whole property needed drying out and renovating. During this stressful time Ginny Otton was amazing. She handled all of the liaising with various tradesmen and managed the whole situation brilliantly. She gave a realistic timescale to get the property occupied again and kept us updated throughout. After 8 months the property is now occupied again. Our interactions with Ginny have been totally positive throughout this stressful time and we would recommend Northwood Bassets.

Luke and the team have really helped me regarding a tenancy agreement. The process was not altogether straight forward however they remained patient at all times and communication throughout the whole process was excellent. I would recommend and use again.
