We are landlords of a property and have rented it through Northwood Bassets for nearly 10 years. This year we had a catastrophic flood which meant the tenants had to move out and the whole property needed drying out and renovating. During this stressful time Ginny Otton was amazing. She handled all of the liaising with various tradesmen and managed the whole situation brilliantly. She gave a realistic timescale to get the property occupied again and kept us updated throughout.
