Archie Blackler is a legend. I recently bought my first home and Archie has been great in ensuring the whole process went as smoothly as it could and that it went through relatively quickly. Valentina has been our principal contact at Bassets, then Northwood, for many years. It may sound foolish as we’ve never met her, but we regard her as a friend of the family. All our communication is by mail but she always brings a personal touch. She goes the extra mile, as when we were coming back to live in England and “our” solicitor seemed to think we were laundering money. Valentina promptly provided the solicitor with all the information that was needed.

Luke and the team were amicable and above all very helpful with the moving in process and then most of all when leaving a joint tenancy with a difficult co-tenant. I appreciated the guidance and assistance provided by Luke and Pari (for the cover during his holiday). The Northwood team were always clear and helpful, which was greatly valued throughout the process. :)

Archie Blacker: I am a portfolio landlord more than 10 years now but never had any estate agent near Archie Blacker. He is excellent in his work. Such a young man, but much more professional than other estate agents. He listens and acts. He will understand your needs and bring result as per that.
