Although the process wasn’t simple, the team were great with regards to communication and updates and even better at guiding me through the sale process. First I spoke on the phone with Olivia She was so kind and charming, she managed to find two properties for me to view the same day. Then I met Sharon And I have to say only the best She was kind, charming and so friendly She give us informations about the area, the house’s we viewed. We are really grateful to Intercounty in Saffron Walden. My partner and I have just embarked on the process of buying our first property and they have been really helpful. Unlike other estate agents that we have used, Vanessa’s video was extremely descriptive and she thoroughly explained each room and details about the property. If you'd like to bypass your stereotypical views of estate agents and deal with people who are professional yet lovely and real, then go with Intercounty. You won't regret it. We've gotten to know these guys so well during the process that we've now become friends! Such a great team who get the job done. Thankfully I'm never moving again but if I did, Andrew would be the man! 😊
