Intercounty sold our house twice in 6 months. Having pulled out of the first offer which we received over asking for we were forced to pull out due to a change in financial circumstances. the team were very good in dealing with our sale and purchase recently. we hadnt moved for a very long time and never both at the same time so they made sure to let us know all the steps. they were great ad advising things to do as we needed to process to go very swiftly. Having viewed lots of properties with other agents we were blown away with the professionalism of Claire Moir at Intercounty. When viewing a property it was apparent that Claire had done her homework and was able to answer all of our questions. She offered tips on how we might put our own stamp on the property and remained professional at all times.
