Paul dealt with the sale of a flat for my partner and he was truly amazing. It’s not often that I feel that someone goes above and beyond but Paul certainly did. He monitored progress, kept me updated on everything, helped me sort out a last minute gas certificate and sent me texts late at night so I felt I was really getting a personal service.
