Staff are older so that means they are more reasonable. Very competent team and good prices. Very pleased with them. Unlike with some of my other agents.

We felt confident that the right things were happening when dealing with Sawyer and Co. We were able to ask as many questions as we needed and never felt we were being annoying. We had confidence that the house would sell and we would be able to buy with Sawyer and Co.

We dealt with James and Bob, from the Hove office, for the majority of our purchase who were both very helpful and always responded to our queries quickly. We also dealt with Kieran whilst James was away, who was exceptional. We had an issue with the seller’s solicitors which we came to him with on Friday afternoon and he got back to us with an answer on Monday morning.

Our experience choosing Sawyer and Co to sell our property was the correct one. From the very beginning of the process everyone involved was honest, supportive and easy to get in touch with when needed. My experience as a landlord has been that the staff at Sawyers work hard to make my life as easy as possible by staying on top of everything that needs to be done and that they also do their best to make sure that when repairs or maintenance are needed they're done quickly, to minimize inconvenience to the tenants. The Marketing Department produced a fantastic brochure to market the flat when it became vacant and there's never been more than a few weeks between tenancies.

We have worked with several letting agents over the years, and I can honestly say that Sawyers stand out for their consistency, professionalism, and reliability. They have taken very good care of our property and managed it with a steady, measured approach that gives us real peace of mind.Communication has always been clear, prompt, and professional. We are kept well informed, and advice is balanced and sensible. Most importantly, Sawyer & Co supported us through a particularly difficult period with tenants. They handled the situation calmly and competently, guiding us through what could have been a very stressful process. We have had some poor experiences with other agents in the past, but with Sawyers we can genuinely relax in the knowledge that our property is in safe and capable hands. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I would like to leave a review for my property manager Tracey Lewis MARLA (Senior Property Manager) and inspector Ceri Jackson. Tracey has always been extremely responsive, hands-on, and professional. She is friendly, reliable and always prompt in replying to any queries or concerns I have. Since Tracey took over the management of our property, I have never had any issues — everything has been handled efficiently and with care. Our usual inspector now is Ceri Jackson, who has also been amazing. She is thorough, approachable and makes us feel well looked after during inspections. The experience with both Tracey and Ceri has been consistently positive and reassuring. thank you for looking after us.

Sawyer&Co are a great letting agent with lovely staff, they all work very hard in helping you and giving the best they can, when you need it. my property manager Jess Fowler is one of the best i have had as a landlord, she is excellant, she carrys out her job in a very competent and professional manner, you never have to ask her twice or chase her for anything, she knows her job and is at the top of what she is doing, she has never let me down in anyway at all and is always there and everything is done, like a magic fairy. I could not ask for better.
