Bought and sold our home with Ryder and Dutton. Emmy, Michaela, Naomi, and Amber were absolutely fantastic, answering all our questions and supporting us throughout the long and stressful process. Emmy was allocated case worker and she has the patience of a Saint liaising with the solicitors and making sure were were kept in the loop at all times. Thank you again for all the help and support given.

We have just recently moved into our first home and welcomed our first baby. The whole process took a lot longer than expected but Michaela in particularly made sure to update us every time there was an advance in the process. We are very grateful ☺️

Purchased through Ryder & Dutton (Royton) and was very pleased with the service they provided. Michaela, Emmy, Naomi and Oliver was great with communication and very proactive in ensuring that the process moved smoothly. All queries were answered quickly and they were a superb point of liaison between myself, the seller and the relevant conveyancing team. I felt fully-informed throughout and also that they was completely on top of things, in contrast with other estate agents I have used in the past.
