I would like to leave a review for my property manager Tracey Lewis MARLA (Senior Property Manager) and inspector Ceri Jackson. Tracey has always been extremely responsive, hands-on, and professional. She is friendly, reliable and always prompt in replying to any queries or concerns I have. Since Tracey took over the management of our property, I have never had any issues — everything has been handled efficiently and with care. Our usual inspector now is Ceri Jackson, who has also been amazing. She is thorough, approachable and makes us feel well looked after during inspections. The experience with both Tracey and Ceri has been consistently positive and reassuring. thank you for looking after us.
