Sawyer's were great with our house sale. It was a difficult situation, whereby two buyers pulled out for very different reasons, and Sawyer's were helpful and supportive throughout this stressful process. They gave good advice during challenging market conditions (Ukraine war/Cost of living crisis wtc.. having affected house sales severely), eventually getting us a third buyer at a reasonable price.

We instructed sawyers after we had been very let down by another local agent. When we first met Has ( our dedicated agent) we were very quickly impressed by his professional competent and very honest approach and manner. We were sceptical because of the current climate in the housing market.
