We purchased a property marketed by Castles in Aldershot in July 2019 and highly recommend them. After viewing one property with them, one of the team got in touch to let us know about another we might be interested in before it was widely marketed. It was exactly what we were looking for and we feel very fortunate to have secured it. Duncan, Ellie and Ian were always a pleasure to deal with; they responded quickly, kept us informed of progress and gave useful advice, including on our sale through another agent. When we ran into difficulties with the first solicitor we had appointed, they quickly helped to sort another out and made sure the transition was efficient. I was grateful for Duncan’s patience when sorting a date for exchange and completion on the property we were selling (through another agent) was proving difficult. We hope we don’t have to move for many years but would definitely look to use Castles again if we did.

I can not rate Castles highly enough, especially Duncan Pate! I had a particularly difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor and Duncan was on their back every single day. If it hadn't been for Duncan's terrier-like persistence I wouldn't have completed as quickly as I did and I might have lost the buyer. I would definitely use them again and would want Duncan to represent me where possible. Well worth 5 stars.

Our house sale had failed through another agent when Duncan at Castles came in. From the start he was both professional and pleasant to deal with. He started by changing the marketing on the house, emphasising aspects that had previously been ignored. His experience and knowledge made all the difference in our sale. During the process he kept us completely informed and updated and guided us through the sale from start to end. Castles worked very hard on our behalf and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

My wife and I have recently rented a house through Castles and have been very pleasantly surprised by how easy the whole process was. We are primarily dealing with Kelly who is knowledgeable, helpful and highly professional; she has responded quickly to emails and queries and provide the highest standard of customer service. We have also dealt with other staff at Castles, and found them to be equally friendly and professional. The application and vetting processes at Castles are straightforward and fuss-free, unlike some other agencies we have dealt with! We could not have wished for better service and strongly recommend Castles to anyone thinking of renting.

Duncan and Marina sold my house in a week! They made the whole selling experience as hassle and pain free as possible. Nothing was to much trouble for these guys.....Duncan even went out of his way to pick up some missing paperwork and deliver it to me, that's what I call a fab service. I felt using a local Independent business would give more of a personal touch than some of the "bigger well known brand names" and I wasn't wrong, Marina and Duncan delivered it in bucket loads. Castles didn't get the job initially due to family connections, but Steve wasn't discouraged. As it became apparent that the first agent wasn't up to the job he persuaded us to give Castles a shot....Voila, a completion within 3 months! Great job guys.
