We completed within 3 months and it was an extremely smooth transaction- largely due to the teams hard work. Claire would ring me weekly for updates and always went above and beyond . Richard, Sophia, Jared , Alexi and Hazel did amazing with the valuing, marketing, viewings and support through out the whole process! We had both houses off the market within 2 weeks. We listed our house for sale with the Wellingborough branch and found our new house via the Rushden branch. Claire, Hazel and the rest of the team kept us well informed, asked the relevant questions and made sure our requests were put to the vendor. When the end of the process was in sight, Claire worked with the vendors to agree completion quickly. Communication was very good through the whole process and we always felt well-informed. On completion day, we were kept well informed and the keys were ready to collect by midday. We would happily use Richard James again, if we were ever going to move house - which we're not.
