Richard James made the purchase of my new house a seamless experience. From the initial viewings to the purchase process itself, Richard and Claire at the Rushden branch kept me informed about each step and made me feel reassured during quiet periods. They showed excellent knowledge of the local area, and of the house itself and the occupier history. I don't think at any stage did I feel any less than fully supported, especially in the face of somewhat uncommunicative conveyancing solicitors — Claire especially did more than her share of chasing for me, for which I was extremely appreciative.
