We have been letting our property through Lawrence Rand for several years and we have been happy with the service they provide. I was looking for a flat from abroad and not able to travel for a viewing due to the pandemic. So choosing a place seemed daunting. However, Mansons offered a video viewing and readily responded to all my queries. Everyone at Mansons has been very helpful from the moment I contacted them to see if the flat I wanted was still available to the signing of the contract.

We were tenant for two and a half years and our property manager was LR. At first we could not get good service. Although our land lady was the decision maker, property managers service was not good as well. But the team has changed, and we had Matthew Huband and Harry Tibbey. They were very professional and helpful. Their approach was kindly and friendly. Even tough our land lady doesn't want to pay money, Matthew and Harry tried to solve our problems. They communicated us very quickly, provide us our needs. Thank you guys for everything.

Our associate move manager, Leanne Worrall, has been great, extremely prompt with her replies for our queries and professional. The service that we've received from LR has been to a high standard. The only reason we have given 4 stars is because once the completion was finalised and we went to our new home for the first time the floor wasn't clean. Not sure if it was from the individuals who were viewing the property after us or someone else but it just would've been nice for LR to make sure that the floor was clean.

Had a really good experience renting through Mansons. The woman who showed my mum and I around the prospective properties was friendly, welcoming and honest. The letting process went smoothly and it was useful to complete the signing online as I was moving from outside of Newcastle and it was difficult for me to get to the office.

All the team at Lawrence Rand were always very helpful and informative. In particular Glenda who would make contact once a week to give any updates or pass on any information.
