I cannot recommend Lawrence Rand highly enough. Robin, Alex and Emma have all been exceptional during the sale of my home. From the first visit to the Eastcote office to make enquiries about selling my house to exchange (completion is imminent!) they have all been totally professional and extremely efficient even when dealing with the inevitable ups and downs that go along with property sales! My wife and I were left with a month to complete on a property due to to the previous selling agents before our mortgage offer ran out, Peter and his team were round the same day to take photos and details of our property. The property was then marketed and over 12 viewings arranged within 2 days. From start to finish the process has been smooth and fast, which is something most of their competitors seem to be lacking in... I have been kept up to date on our buyers status and if I had any questions, the dedicated move manager was on hand via email or phone. I can not recommend highly enough this company and their can do attitude, which resulted in the quick sale of my property..

The company has handled two sales on my behalf. In both cases, Mansons were extremely professional in their approach. Advice was given sympathetically but realistically. Any issues raised were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Gav Younger in particular was very good at his job. Personable yet very much on the ball. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mansons again.
