Great team, friendly, proactive and knowledgeable about the market

I can't rate Fine & Country highly enough! Simply the best estate agents out there... the staff are all lovely, professional yet friendly, patient, and they get the job done! Nothing is too much trouble and they really go out of their way to find exactly the right buyer. I will most certainly use them again in the future should the need arise and special thanks to Nicola and Sam, who have gone above and beyond to facilitate my move! And thanks, of course, to all the Rugby branch staff.

Let me start with a rather odd statement, which may ring true with some readers – I do not like dealing with Estate Agents! After thirty years of house buying and selling, I dealt with many of them, from many companies, and they have always managed to raise my blood pressure. My experience with F&C was the exact opposite. They were extremely professional, very respectful, proactive and generally a pleasure to work with. It’s really easy to tell a proper “professional” rather than the run of the mill estate agent, I wish I’d found them a long time ago, I may have more hair left! Particular appreciation must go to Nicola and Graham. Graham valued and marketed the property, with a no BS attitude and drawing from a wealth of experience, telling us exactly how it would be marketed, how much it would sell for and how long we should expect to wait until we found a buyer. All of which was exactly right. Couple this with the fact he is a true gentleman and it’s difficult to find anything not to like. The property was handed over to Nicola after marketing was complete, she was a breath of fresh air, unlike any agents I’ve ever dealt with. Incredible professional (you can see a trend here) friendly, always phoned back when I could not get through (due to her dealing with other customers) and proactive in heading off questions which did not really need my input, but always keeping me in the loop. As a company, I cannot recommend highly enough and what a great team to do business with. They may not be the cheapest on the high-street, but honestly, its money well spent and it may do your blood pressure some good too!

Very elegant website design (as you would expect from such a high end business) great information and clear display. What ruined it for me was the constant loading to the top of the page when when you filter results. If I click a property to view more details then press back to search results it will load back the the top of the page every time and not load back to where I was in the list. It's an easy fix to a very very frustrating problem.
