Sam worked tirelessly on our behalf to complete the sale on our house. None of us envisaged he would also have to deal with the sale of our buyers home as well which meant many extra out of hours communications due to differing time zones. If you want someone to look after your sale and rise to the challenge and go above and beyond whatever eventuality arises Sam and his team are the ones to engage.

Fine and Country Rugby provided a first-class professional service. The decision to use them was based upon a clear itemised statement of what service they would provide together with a realistic valuation. This latter point was significant because valuations provided by other rugby estate agents could have resulted in underselling our property by £40k During the sale process we realised that Fine and Country were thoroughly vetting prospective buyers before arranging any viewings, which were always accompanied by Fine and Country staff. The staff at Fine and Country were always professional and polite, actively pursuing potential buyers once a viewing had taken place. On the one occasion where conveyancing appeared to be slow, Fine and Country took the initiative to contact solicitors to expedite matters. The above points were important because as professional people we did not have the time to engage in any aspect of selling, we could relax in the knowledge that Fine and Country had our interests at heart and had the sale process well under control.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. After previously using another agent, who did actually sell our house however seemed to act more for our buyer rather than us (and subsequently lost our sale!), we switched to F&C after umming and ahhing for a few months. We were desperate to carry on buying what we had put an offer in for, so in the end switched agent to F&C, if they couldn't sell it then we knew no-one could! Despite it being a beautiful totally renovated house which we loved, we just needed to move on to start our next adventure, and we felt we were being held back by our previous agent. Well WOW, from booking the photos and video, to the ONE viewing we had who bought our house (before it actually went live!) the service from Sam and Claire was second to none. Wish we had just used them from the start. Totally professional and acted as OUR agent and not the agent of our buyer, however were professional with all involved, and mainly didn't annoy our Solicitor as many agents do!
