He's gone above and beyond in selling our house (even doing phones calls etc to save waiting for Solicitors) and is now helping in the search for a new home. Ryder and Dutton supported us at a difficult time following a bereavement. They arranged for a valuation within 24 hours as we live 250 miles away from the property and had to return home that day. Holly Kershaw was our sales negotiator and despite a long sales process kept us up to date with any developments and this reduced any frustration, she also liaised with solicitors regularly on our behalf and took notice of our concerns.She was very friendly and professional and always returned our calls.Very happy with the service provided.
