Purchased through Ryder & Dutton (Royton) and was very pleased with the service they provided. Mia was great with communication and very proactive in ensuring that the process moved smoothly. All queries were answered quickly and she was a superb point of liaison between myself, the seller and the relevant conveyancing team. I felt fully-informed throughout and also that she was completely on top of things, in contrast with other estate agents I have used in the past.
