We had an excellent service in selling our parents house in Royton. As we live near Preston and the house was empty we needed an Estate Agent who we could rely on to give access to the property and act on our behalf. Not only were they exemplary in this they also kept us informed of all news to do with the selling of the property including the latest from both our solicitor and the buyers solicitor. Holly Kershaw needs a special mention for managing our affairs most competently and courteously. We also appreciate their knowledge of the market which was explained to us in the initial meeting with the manager of the Royton office, Jake Rowson. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ryder and Duttons Royton branch which may be more expensive than alternative agents but in this case it proves you get what you pay for.

Excellent work by the entire team at the Royton branch of Ryder and Dutton, all very professional and friendly. We were looked after by Holly Kershaw and Matthew Clayton and they both provided an excellent service throughout the process. They were both very responsive and answered all our questions we had along the way. We would highly recommend this estate agent any would use them again if needed.

The Royton Ryder and Dutton Branch are very professional, they are extremely welcoming and during all the conversations I had with them they were always happy to help and answer any queries and assist in any requests.
