Fiona Barker should teach other estates agents country wide in communication skills, she has been so amazing, alway answering emails phone calls, any question ( no matter how stupid) really quickly and always made us feel like nothing was to much trouble. her communication skills are 10/10. It was a long process (due to no fault of theirs) and the one thing I could rely on was for them to be there to help and offer advice. It’s hard to choose between agencies but we went with our gut feeling and couldn’t have been happier - we could be open and honest and felt we received the same in return. They were entirely accurate with their valuation - whereas we found other agencies seemed to over-estimate - and have always been more than courteous. Couldn’t really ask for more, and there’s no way we could have done it by ourselves.
