I purchased a property through mark at fine and country and had a highly problematic chain, Of all the estate agents (of which there are lots) I have dealt with mark was the most transparent, helpful and proactive. If another estate agent was dealing with our purchase it would likely not have got done. He always had time to talk, went out of his way to help the process (even with the chain below me) and was incredibly fair throughout when negotiating a myriad of associated things to do with the purchase.

I am due to complete on a property in a few days and Hayley Walden has been the Sales Progressor throughout the duration. She ensured it was a very smooth process and at several stages helped speed up the process considerably. Richard James as a whole have been very professional and helpful throughout.

Tom is an excellent letting agent. He has arranged 4 tenancies for our 2 rental properties over the last few years. Excellent communication, reliable and handles everything for us when we are seeking new tenants. He is also great at providing advice when required and ensures that the interests of both tenant and landlord are looked after.
