Very clear and efficient

Exellent service from Rebecca Donnelly

Rebecca was very friendly & helpful. She had a good knowledge of pricing in the area and was able to answer any questions I had reguarding the sale of my property, in a way that was very clear. Would definitely recommend her.

Excellent professional service

An excellent service provided by professionals. After changing letting a agents from such poor service, dealing with Alex Neil is such a breath of fresh air. Excellent team, excellent service.

5 Years a Landlord

Alex Neil have now let and managed by property in Rotherhithe for over 5 years. They have recently found me my 3rd tenant during that period and once again, have performed brilliantly. The most recent let went very smoothly and Alex Neil's proactive marketing meant that the vacant period was kept to an absolute minimum. I was kept up to date with progress from viewings and the offer I accepted was dealt with with professionalism. Thanks to Alex Neil's excellent management team, my property has been very well cared for throughout the 5 years they've looked after it. The few maintenance matters that have occurred in that time have been dealt with swiftly and economically, and the work carried out has always been of the highest standard. I look forward to another 5 years or more with Alex Neil!

Tennant of 5 years

Alex Neil have been incredibly competent throughout my 5 years with them. Any issues with the property have been dealt with swiftly and any rent increases have been handled well with discussions between tenants and landlord encouraged. I would thoroughly recommend doing business with them if you are moving to this area of London.

Great local Estate Agent

I have been dealing with Dylan Probyn who is based at the Alex Neil Surrey Quays office. Dylan kept me informed on a regular basis and found suitable tenant within a very short time . The administration team were also a pleasure to deal with. They referenced both tenants, and emailed me a contract to be digitally signed. Thanks for all your hard work.

Prompt process

Dylan was very quick and responsive. He provided me the flexibility of organising a last minute second viewing on the same day as my first, enabling me to put an offer in on the same day. Without the quickly responses Dylan provided, I would not have been able to put an offer in so quickly, and would have therefore not been able to get this done. Thanks for your help Dylan!

Excellent customer service

Anneleen has been very helpful throughout the initial stages of renting a 1 bedroom flat. She has been very helpful with all the questions I had and provided the answers in a timely manner. Instructions were clear and easy to follow.
