Martin and Co handled all of the processes of selling my Father's house professionally and kept us fully informed of the process. We decided to sell one of our rental properties that was managed by Martin and Co. For ease of effort we chose Martin and Co to sell the property, our Contact estate agent was a Lady called Tracey. Tracey it turns out is a bit of a star, from sorting out all necessary forms liaising with online solicitors ( never again will I use online solicitors) and various interested parties to dealing with sometimes grumpy vendors ( me and my business partner) nothing was too much trouble. By the time our property sells Tracey may well deserve a holiday and a gold star. Each contact is always pleasure even when dispensing bad news Tracey is upbeat and chipper. We all know how selling a house can be stressful and it is Tracey has managed to remove some ( not all ) of those issues and lowered the stress levels. So if you are looking for someone to sell your house rental or main residence give Tracey a call you could do a lot worse.
