After unsuccessfully putting our house on the market twice in the recent past and missing out on two houses, we were a little cautious about trying again when our perfect house came on the market. But with Simon at the helm we couldn’t fail! He completely understood our particular situation and took on board our concerns, while providing constructive, honest feedback. From first contact — when we hadn’t even been actively looking but had fallen in love with a house — he moved incredibly quickly to get our property sold and was instrumental in pulling the chain together so we could proceed.
