If Carlsberg did Estate Agents - Simon Bradbury would “probably be the best Estate Agent in the world”. After being unable to sell my fathers flat since June I moved over to Simon at the end of December and the flat was sold (in a very restricted market over 55”s ) within 6 weeks. Simon is a breath or fresh air to deal with, an excellent communicator every step of the way who treats his job as a vocation providing a great customer experience. Never comes across an estate agent like Simon before (in a good way 😊).

After unsuccessfully putting our house on the market twice in the recent past and missing out on two houses, we were a little cautious about trying again when our perfect house came on the market. But with Simon at the helm we couldn’t fail! He completely understood our particular situation and took on board our concerns, while providing constructive, honest feedback. His knowledge and experience is second to none - proven by the fact that we got 6 viewings booked within a few hours of our house going on the market, and that was before we’d even had our photos taken. We sold (still without photos) and secured the home that we had fallen in love with (also with Simon’s help) within a few days. From first contact — when we hadn’t even been actively looking but had fallen in love with a house — he moved incredibly quickly to get our property sold and was instrumental in pulling the chain together so we could proceed. Simon always had a plan B (and C) to keep things moving. The marketing was outstanding — the photos and video made our home look fantastic (we wanted to buy it ourselves!).
