Simon is the most dedicated estate agent I have been lucky enough to meet. My boyfriend and I recently bought a house through Simon. Simon did an incredible job. The outstanding marketing attracted plenty of interest and after considerable negotiations, an excellent offer. But that was where his work began! There were considerable challenges with the conveyancing process which Simon dealt with extremely skilfully - including actually personally driving the signed contracts directly to the buyers' solicitors to avoid delay! His consistent communication was equally impressive, keeping me constantly updated on the progress of the sale. HIGHLY recommended.

Cannot fault Simon at all in my house buying experience. We’re close to exchange so not finished yet but Simon has been really impressive and reassuring so far with all of his regular update voicemails and texts, he is always quick with communication and responses (even when he has been on holiday), would definitely be happy to work with Simon again in the future.
