Mark Claxton has been nothing but exceptional. Overall: I have just signed up to rent out my first property through Balgores. The process has been seamless. I am not the easiest to work with as I left things last minute but Mark and the team made it seem so simple and easy. Pros: - Mark was very clear in the different options available to us and didn't put pressure on us to just pay more - Good knowledge about local area and responsive to needs quickly. A big benefit that Balgores is local - We took a while to decide when we were going to rent out the place and had many questions along the way. Mark was always fast, informative and helpful - When our contractors for the certifications fell through, Mark managed to get his team confirmed to complete these the next day. It was seamless and no hassle from my side - Dealing with the tenant has been great so far. They have moved in with nothing needed from me - I notified Mark quite late we wanted to move a tenant in quickly.
