Im writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service provided by Balgores Romford Estate Agents. I've several complaints regarding the way I've been treated as a customer, particularly with regards to their preference for their own mortgage broker. It is evident to me that Balgores Romford Estate Agents show bias towards customers who use their preferred mortgage broker. Despite my having obtained a mortgage in principle directly from a lender, they have strongly suggested that I use theirs instead. This is not only unfair, but it is also illegal according to the UK's Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, which prohibit estate agents from requiring buyers to use a particular service in order to complete a transaction. Moreover, I have reason to believe that Balgores Romford Estate Agents have withheld important information from me and have not been impartial in their dealings with me. As an estate agent, they have a legal obligation to provide impartial advice and disclose all relevant information to their customers. However, it seems that they have failed to do so and have instead shown a preference for their own financial interests. I am extremely disappointed with the way Balgores Romford Estate Agents have treated me as a customer, and I hope that they will take my complaints seriously and take the necessary steps to rectify their behaviour and practices.

Worst lettings agency in Essex. Rude staff - Charrise. Conor and Sydney are rude and have no idea what they are doing. Management can be helpful sometimes when they eventually get involved. It's been torture since i rented from them. Takes forever to arrange a repair and when they do job isnt well done. If u are a landlord and value your property beware of this property Management company. They dont care abt ur property at all just the money. I still have a radiator that was taken apart in my corridor since last year. Nothing was wrong with it in the first place and nothing has been done to fix it back, just hanging out there!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

My sister in law has got a very bad reosponse when she tried to move out. Waited so long to repairs requested there was no response and updates. i was wondered when i read through the reviews. Home owners they might treat different because of their business needs or the reivews are not very genuine. Customers are always part of their job and if they have negative response means they are not accurate. i dont want to give even one star they dont deserve it.

I dont even think they deserve a 1. The letting of the residence was fine - but when you pay your rent and move in, the after service is really really bad - try having a blocked toilet for almost a month and leaking tap. leaking conservatory, heating not working properly, but nothing being done to assist me - can anyone assist with legal advice?

Totally wasted my time Victoria Zafirova from this office was extremely rude and useless! She had shown us a flat and after we ‘ve put a deposit to secure the property, She didn’t do anything to explain or call us to let us know about the moving in date! Later , after we have chased her for 4 days she even didn’t bother to let us know that the property we had put a deposit for was given to someone else! In the Romford office the staff is extremely arrogant and unfriendly but Victoria is the worst property agent I have ever encountered! Avoid at all costs!
