With the help of Balgores we found a buyer for our house within two weeks of going live online in a pretty rough market. Testament to how impressive this is, four other similar houses on our road have been up for months and not been able to sell (all with different agents!). I had the pleasure of meeting Charlie from Hornchurch originally when he helped us with a purchase of a house in Hornchurch. He was a fantastic estate agent. This might be a long review. We started looking to buy in 2019 and due to covid that all came to a halt. Until we saw a property we really liked. It was a very swift process. Any bumps that came on the way,( as they do) Charlie was extremely good at communication and coming up with solutions to the problems. We had never felt as though we were getting taken advantage of ever. He was always upfront and honest. Our completion went through fairly quickly. And especially given that it was Covid times. It was fantastic. We got our keys June 2020 and the whole process of buying the house was only a couple months. Probably less but Covid put a halt. We bought the house at a very very very good price compared to what the house prices are now and the value of the property we live in now. We even asked Charlie around to come see the property after it was done up! If there is anyone I would recommend or trust to always have the persons best interests in heart, it would be Charlie. Me and my family, are very grateful for the help. I can understand the hard work he put in and the patience he had. We have moved in to our forever home and we will never forget the person who helped us get there. The home we live in now was only possible to obtain due to Charlie’s help. I would 100000 percent recommend anyone to trust Charlie with the purchase of their house. Not only is he an excellent estate agent. But a very nice and honest human being. In a world where people are just not nice anymore and are just trying to use people or get as much money as they can from people. It’s very nice to know that people like Charlie exist. I could not thank Glenn and Claire enough for their professional and calm approach towards the mortgage from start to Finish. The fact find to mortgage offer. When I couldn’t get the documents in a timely manner for one provider Glenn was very helpful by applying with another lender. It turned out to change my fortunes as i was given an offer by them within a week and am now in a strong position to complete on a house which I must complete on by 22nd March 2024 due to auction deadline.
