Great service

Davis & Lund provided a great service on what was the very long process (no fault of Davis & Lund) of selling our late Father's property. We were kept up to date with proceedings all the way along and in the end got the price we wanted. Very happy with their service.

Lacking communication

I bought a house through Davis Lund and found a lack of communication the most frustrating process. One phone line that was very rarely answered, no response to messages left or emails. This set me back being able to get trades people in to quote for jobs and found when broaching the matter after trying for 3 weeks and being given excuses why I couldn't get in, I got raised eyebrows and a look of disgust. Customer service needs improvement.
