Shane, Chris and Paul are extremely friendly estate agents, they walked us through any issues with the applications and answered all my questions... even the daft ones. Overall I was impressed by their efficiency as the parties involved lived some distance away there were some paperwork issues, Thanks to their understanding and help we managed to still complete on schedule.
