This is our second time renting a family property through Martin & Co and I honestly could not fault any area of the service they provide. From viewings, to paperwork, references, chasing things up, moving out.. they have gone above and beyond in every aspect to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible. No question was ever too much (or too ridiculous on my part!) - Marie and Olivia, who we had the pleasure of liaising with, were so friendly, approachable and accommodating as agents. I would (and do!) recommend Martin & Co to anyone looking to buy, sell, rent or let; you will not find a better team.
