We would highly recommend Robson's, in particular Matt. He knows the market, priced our property accurately, worked hard on our behalf but was realistic with our expectations. We found other estate agents in the area (namely James estate agents) overpriced the property in order to secure the business. They're responsive; knowledgeable; honest and frank talking which was much appreciated in a sale which when we bought it had a huge open day, and many interested parties, but when we sold it was a different story altogether.
